CONSTRUCTION (1986 - PRESENT)

Among many other projects, Bishop Larson led a group of 22 “construction and computer missionaries” to Verettes, Haiti. He designed and built a computer laboratory for STEP (Seminare Theologic Et Port-au-Prince) a missions school run by the Christian Seminary at Port-au-Prince.

Bishop Larson worked in partnership with King’s Land Development in Fort Worth, Texas, buying and completely renovating over 200 homes in the poverty stricken area of east Fort Worth called “Stop Six”. Homes were taken from controlling slumlords, remodeled and sold, at very reasonable (low) cost to the new homeowner.

MY MINISTRY STORY
Bishop Dr. Jeffrey Wayne Larson is the founder and Chairman of Start Again Ministries, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation based in Fort Worth, Texas. Functioning as a lay person, speaking predominantly about divorce recovery; Dr. Larson founded Start Again Ministries in 1988, Start Again Ministries has grown under the leadership of Bishop Larson to now include over 1550 churches founded by pastors that have been trained to reach their own indigenous people around the world, over a dozen orphanages and has been the catalyst in creating over 220 food and community outreaches in the United States and abroad. Each Outreach center becomes a stand-alone entity, preaching and teaching the Love of God through the ministry of helps. One “shining star” is the Hope Center of Fort Worth, Texas. Last year the HOPE Center distributed over $3,500,000 of food to over 100,500 individuals, of which over 49,000 where children. In addition, the hope center provides food to over 125 additional ministries Bishop Larson presently acts as a consultant to the board of directors and as a minister and volunteer coordinator. Bishop Larson, through Start Again Ministries, has donated delivery trucks, construction equipment and operational funding to literally hundreds of ministries, including the Hope Center of Fort Worth and the Hope Smile Center, a dental clinic and implant provider for homeless and poverty stricken individuals and families.
Bishop Larson, through both one-on-one ministry and through his speaking, music and prophetic ministry, has led over 700,000 people to Christ around the world. He is active, every week, in street evangelism and has trained hundreds of soul winners to do the same. He is a co-founder of the project “2000souls.com”, teaching radical soul-winning tactics to local churches across the United States.
Bishop Larson travels throughout the United States and abroad, preaching, teaching, singing, praying and prophesying the Word of God. Using music, humor and his in-depth knowledge of the Word of God, Bishop Larson is known as “go-to” laborer in the Kingdom of God.
Bishop Larson is on the board of directors for Freedom Ranch, an offender re-entry program located on 81 acres in Malone, Texas.
Bishop Larson is the Founder and Chairman of Honorcrest, Inc., a for-profit Texas corporation involved in Business development and Project funding. Under Bishop Larson’s leadership, Honorcrest has helped launch and fund over 40 separate, successful business ventures. Under his leadership, Honorcrest has arranged for issuance of bonds for project funding in the US and abroad, including bonds issued for the benefit of the nation of Israel and the Valley of Peace Initiative, in an amount that exceeds 200 Billion dollars.
Bishop Larson is a member the President’s forum for Service, and an annual guest attendee of the Points of Light Foundation’s Conference on Volunteering and Service, the leading gathering of its kind, bringing together more than 5,000 service leaders. The Points of Light Foundation is currently chaired by Mr. Neil Bush.
